*1st thing we ate
*streets of Chinatown (wholesale)
*SIAM SQUARE!
*old school theatre
It was a definitely a blaasst with the girls! Lots of retail therapy.. and continuously on a look-out for spicy food such as tom yum and pineapple rice! YUMMILICIOUS! hahaha and this reminds me of Maria having mistaken a green chilli padi for some veg HAHAHAHA. then she was mute for half an hour LOL! oooooh and the japanese food there was really good and its like so freakin cheap! totally a food and shopping paradise lah!
So our daily routine begins with waking up at 8 in the morning, giving the girls a wake up call and then rushin down for breakfast. so we eat, shop, eat, drink, shop, shop and shop and slack, andshop again, and not forgetting bargaining! hahhaha hell lots of fun and excitment! and our day ends at the stroke of midnight or later. The chill out pubs were pretty nice, good ambience except for the damn mosquitoes.
*SUAN LUM night life and market
*Ferries wheel at SUAN LUM night market!
Chatuchat's awesome!! totally love it. if only it opens everday, i'll probably go crazy. SUAN LUM wasn't bad either.. but this night market called PA PONG!! walaoey!! its horrible!! all cheaters and swindlers!! never to step thr again! there's this belt which i bought and it costs 850baht at first, and i manage to bargain till 200baht. so tell me abt it.
*Getting ready for Chatuchat! Day2
*playing with the cam and getting ready for Chatuchat! Day3
HAHAHA O and i rmb sharon and jaz just patronising some necklace booth and askin for the price which was like OMG. and so.. its normal that we walk away right. GUESS WAD. the lady shouted at them to go back to their own country! HAHAHA damn funny sia.
Besides the rowdy nightclubs and homo pubs which i thought was rather interesting.. but the girls were really reluctant to go in. nvm, there's always a next time! There's this clubbing scene at RCA (recommended by the guys) its like WHOAH! really huge and grand, very happening i must say. Unfortunately for us kids, age requirement is 20! and the security is really tight. first, there's the ID checks, then security check. Amazing..
If ur feeling rich, there's always SIAM paragon! its even better than our very own Paragon! its similar to Vivo, except that its all high end brands. and i mean all are branded boutiques. pheww; probably visit it 10 years later haha.
*SIAM paragon
Tuk tuk was hella of fun mann! 4girls screaming their lungs out while enjoying the exhilarating ride hahah! but its really expensive. managed to bargain from 250baht to 150baht which i thought was kinda great achievement already.. and then i hear ppl telling me that they bargained till 50baht. oh wth.
Lastly! we all braided our hair! hahaha.. so we kinda look more thai. Previously we had people asking if we were from Japan, Taiwan, CHINA (is sian), and a damn absurd one was from America. think that shop guy was tryin to be funny.. haha. and somehow, some people can just tell that we're from Singapore!
*Kaosan- the place for braids! x)
*and so we got hungry while having our braids done..
*tadahhh!
Lastly, Thailand International Airport is really huge! Comparable to Hongkong's except that its super packed. The DFS is damn damn big as well, i think its even better than Singapore's. Its practically this whole long stretch of branded boutiques and retail stores and nice food outlets too! Unfortunately, we dint manage to walk all of it.
And now that we're back, many comments about our hair. oh shuddup.
Anyways, looking forward to another trip to the land of karps again. :D
